Knights Innovation Support Centre has been providing business solutions for decades. Originally based in KZN, we relocated to the Western Cape in 2013, bringing high-end skills to local communities and re-registered in 2015 due to a shift in focus.

The Drakenstein Municipality website is completely accessible to the public. This system has been created to give the look and feel of any other WordPress or WIX website when a user has not signed in. Our teams have found that using the SharePoint infrastructure of the municipality has proven to be just as effective. We placed focus on making sure that beneath the surface there is an efficient content management system. From the start, it was important that the website be content-driven. New documents are uploaded into a document library that automatically gets displayed on the website and by using a "Quick Menu" option, new content can be added simply by editing the list. Our team also has monthly meetings with the Marketing Team where we review the activity of the past month using PowerBI technology and discuss new areas of growth that will keep their website as up-to-date as possible. Eduard van den Heever, the Senior Business Analyst for the Pharmaceutical Sales Management BI Platform, was referred to us in 2017 via the Regional Sales Manager at TorqueIT because of our SQL Server experience. Eduard needed help with their transactional data as it needed to be on a robust data warehouse platform and this required someone who could teach them internally how to develop their own solution.
