Technical Support Team

 

The Technical Support Team has a solid foundation in PC hardware and network administration, which is essential for managing and troubleshooting IT infrastructure.

Their principal role involves providing outstanding technical support to both the team and clients, effectively addressing a range of hardware and software issues. Working closely with Oathkeeper and as SharePoint Administrators, they maintain and ensure the smooth operation of the SharePoint website, implementing updates to enhance functionality and user experience.

As part of the team, they actively participate in site maintenance, issue resolution, and process improvements to enhance user accessibility. By collaborating with colleagues, they help ensure the website operates smoothly, making it easier for teams to work efficiently and access the resources they need.
